I. The Inquiry

I know choosing the right calligrapher for your special event might seem like a daunting task, that's why I'm honored you've come this far. If you like the images you see in my gallery and process, we're already friends. I take pride in my unique aesthetic, and hopefully that's why you're here!

To get started, send me a brief email detailing what you're looking for. I will respond shortly and if we feel like we're a good fit, it's time to dig deeper.

II. The Discussion 

So what's next? Tell me more about yourself. What adjectives would someone describe you with? What services are you looking for? What is your inspiration? Do you have a Pinterest Board you could invite me to? What are your deadlines? What is your budget? Tell me all about it. The more details, the more accurate estimate I can provide. If you prefer talking over the phone or skype, I'm all over that as well! 

III. The Agreement

When all the details have been settled upon and you are ready to move forward with your commissioned design, it's finally time to shake hands (metaphorically) and sign contracts (literally) to get started! For the nitty gritty: I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on my calendar and begin the design process. I will create an invoice that can then be payable online.

IV. The Creation

It's finally time to bring your vision to life! I will continue communication with you through the design and production phases (including emails and proofs if necessary, depending on the scope) to ensure you're happy with the results. Additional proofs above that which were initially discussed may incur further charges.

V. The Shipment

When production is complete, I will carefully package and ship your goodies your way as soon as I have received the remaining 50% of the balance due. Happy dances all around!
